Anand has worked at diverse organisations and gained experience in Learning & Development, Operations, Logistics & Supply Chain, Project and Team Management, and the Social sector in general. In the process, he has enhanced his skills in Learning and Development; Program Management; Ideation and Strategy Development and Team Building.
His experience and interest in L&D have been developed through managing the learning needs of the operations fleet at Swiggy across India; the training services provided by Meta-Culture to learners at organisations ranging from corporations to schools and the civil services; and various volunteer training sessions at non-profit organisations.
Anand is interested in human engagement, ethical leadership, individual development and social change by enabling individuals.
Anand manages the development and delivery of digital blended learning programme at IIHS.
