Sejal Singla

Sejal Singla supports the land team at IIHS in research, analysis and recommendations of land governance and management initiatives and assisting in analysis of the real estate related aspects. She is an enthusiastic and ambitious architect and urban and regional planner. Over her four years of professional experience and seven years of academic exposure, she has gained skills in analysing physical, social, cultural, economic, and ecological dimensions of urban settlements, comprehending their problems, evolving strategies to address the issues and emerging challenges in a planned manner, and working out implementation mechanisms. She has also gained knowledge in various aspects of city planning. She has had experience working with Haryana RERA and Maharashtra RERA wherein the key skills gained were rendering consultancy to prepare relevant technical and project documentation, execution of new and innovative approaches to streamline the process of RERA registration, monitoring and evaluation of real estate projects, proposal and implementation of regulations, rendering technical assistance activities, and developing critical analytical work. She is very enthusiastic towards delivering prompt creative solutions. Her keen interest also lies in sketching, painting and travelling.
