Sakthi joined the IIHS-led Tamil Nadu Urban Sanitation Support Programme (TNUSSP) as a Practice Assistant. Sakthi works with the team that is responsible for the quality assurance of ongoing fecal sludge treatment plants and their allied activities. He has been working on the Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) project for more than two years. He has keen interest in designing and executing nature-based treatment systems.

 

A sports enthusiast, Sakthi is a sprinter and passionate about cycling. He holds two Guinness World Records for most backward body skips in one minute and thirty seconds. He has also made it to the Limca, Asia and India book of records.
