Ruth E Amala

Ruth E Amala is a Communications Specialist at TNUSSP, where she plays a crucial role in supporting, planning, and executing program-level communications. With nearly two decades of experience in media, design, and communications, Ruth holds a PhD in Mass Communication and has taken on challenging roles in diverse locations such as India, Dubai, Oman, and the UK. Her passion lies in film making, creative writing, and web content creation, and she has proven to be a versatile media professional, showcasing expertise across various mediums including print, web, 2D, 3D, film, photography, advertising, and creative writing. Ruth has only recently joined the team at TNUSSP, where she is making significant contributions. Prior to TNUSSP, Ruth has been actively involved in the field of Mass Communications. She has made contributions through various institutions including Loyola College, Edutech, MOP Vaishnav College, CAS Oman, and KLU.

She has also published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at international seminars and conferences, demonstrating her commitment to advancing the field of Mass Communications. Driven by her strong dedication to social service, Ruth actively participates in various outreach programs aimed at uplifting the underprivileged in society.
