Nakulan is a Civil Engineer from N.I.T Trichy. He was an analyst in Olam Information Services, Olam International. He is currently pursuing Master’s in Public Policy in NLS, Bangalore.

 

At IIHS Nakulan is exploring the intersection between policies and infrastructural challenges. He is working on developing a policy framework for India that would promote Green Buildings by comparing policies across the world.
