19 April 2018 – 28 June 2018 | Profile shared during internship at IIHSMahalakshmi K R had graduated with a master’s degree in library and information science in 2015, with the specialisation in academic library management and information and communication technology from Department of Studies and Research in Library and Information Science, Tumkur University, Tumkuru, Karnataka. She successfully cleared both Karnataka State Eligibility Test and UGC-NET exams for Lectureship in 2015.
At IIHS Library, Mahalaksmi will assist in Library services, acquisitions, publications tracking and supporting in outreach. Her research interests are open access publishing; Web based information services, library management, and information retrieval. Her hobbies are reading and travelling.
At IIHS, Mahalakshmi is interning with the Library team.
