Lakshmee is a recent graduate of Social Anthropology. At IIHS she will primarily be working on the campus development project, and briefly in operations, assisting the people function department.
Her research interests include migration, rural development, poverty alleviation and population. She is interested in exploring rural and urban narratives through qualitative research, particularly ethnography to see how they negotiate with development policies.
