Gayatri Bakhale is an External Consultant at the IIHS School of Environment and Sustainability. She is a nature enthusiast, and has worked majorly on wildlife conservation and animal behavior. She has completed her master’s in environmental science from Pune University and a bachelor’s in zoology from Goa University. Gayatri has worked on tiger conservation with Wildlife Institute of India, Dehradun and also contributed to rescue and rehabilitation of wildlife in Goa. Her current work focuses on biodiversity documentation under a long term monitoring scheme at IIHS, Campus, Kengeri.
