Mercyclara is a Community Development Specialist with 34 years of experience. She has worked as a Coordinator in an NGO called Activists for Social Alternatives (ASA) and as District Coordinator in the Inclusive Education for Differently abled (IED) children project implemented under the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA). She also worked as Assistant Project Manager (Livelihood) in Tamil Nadu Government’s poverty reduction project. She was a master trainer of SHGs and JLGs and has attended many national and international training programmes and workshops.
