After completing her bachelor’s in engineering, Archana R began her career at Concentrix as an Advisor. While there, she developed a keen interest in human resources management which led her to pursue an MBA to gain a deeper understanding of the HR field. Later she worked for a Unicorn SAAS start-up, LeadSquared, in the recruitment team. At IIHS, Archana is part of the People Function and focuses on talent acquisition. In her leisure time, Archana likes to go on long walks. She loves to explore new eateries and try different cuisines.
