The Indian Institute for Human Settlements (IIHS), is a Section 8 not-for-profit company under the Indian Companies Act, incorporated to establish the proposed IIHS University.
The IIHS has been brought into existence, nurtured and led by a group of eminent Indians from all walks of life, who are signatories to its Memorandum of Association. Many of these individuals have made generous contributions to the initial IIHS corpus.
