Dwaipayan Banerjee has over 17 years of experience in facilities and physical infrastructure management. Dwaipayan started his career in the field of wildlife biology and project administration. He has worked with World Wide Fund for Nature, Gangtok, and ATREE (Eastern Himalayan Landscape), Almorah (Western Himalayan Landscape). Dwaipayan is also a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a certified AGILE Ninja Coach. He is a certified lead auditor for ISO 45001 and a lead implementer for ISO 41001. He has been part of global organisations like TCS, CBRE and JLL, where he has led teams working on a wide range of profiles, like regional procurement, travel and transport, environmental compliance, employee safety, etc. During his career he has managed large campuses housing 10,000+ employees. He acquired a Master’s in Business Law from the National Law School (2023) and a PGDBM from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (2018). He also holds a Master’s in Forestry Economics and Management (2006) from the Forest Research Institute in Dehradun.
Dwaipayan supports the Administration team at IIHS. He works on various aspects of facilities, physical infrastructure management and HSE aspects. He has gathered progressive experience in operations and administration while working with global companies in the IT and facilities sector, prior to his engagement with IIHS.
