Indrani is a seasoned HR leader with over 25 years of comprehensive experience across diverse industries, including agriculture, infrastructure, IT, and social impact/education. She has expertise in leading strategic people initiatives, thought leadership, talent development, succession planning, organisational restructuring, change management, performance management, compensation and benefits, and organisational effectiveness, among others.
Before joining IIHS, Indrani led Global HR at Wadhwani Foundation, along with leading the HR function, she was responsible for developing and executing HR strategies. Her career also includes significant roles at EID Parry (India) Ltd, GMR Infrastructure, and Zyme Solutions. During her career, Indrani has spearheaded senior leadership development, succession planning, performance management, policy formulation and implementation, post-acquisition HR integration, self-paced learning programs, and HR automation projects.
At IIHS, Indrani serves as the Head of the People Function, responsible for the People Function and also provides strategic leadership in various organisational development initiatives, while also upholding the core values and culture of the institution.
