Pradeep has a Bachelor’s in Economics and a Master’s in Management Sciences, from the University of Mumbai. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Financial Services, London. Pradeep Saxena is a consultant and specialist advisor who engages with start-ups and SMEs and advises on corporate strategy, governance, management and business development. He has been helping businesses grow across industries in financial services, management consulting, IT and education.
His earlier career spans international banking and information technology. Beginning with Grindlays Bank in 1970, he moved to senior management positions in Gulf International Bank and American Express Bank, in the US, UK, Italy, Indonesia, the Gulf and India. Subsequently, he served as Executive Director with Merrill Lynch International, London, and Managing Director and CEO, SEA, ING Barings, Singapore.
Moving to information technology, he was President of eFunds International, an IT company in Scottsdale, Arizona, which was engaged in software development, EFT services, ATM management and Business Process Outsourcing, worldwide. In India, it offered software development, shared services and call centres.
He is a fellow of the London Institute of Banking and Finance (LIBF). He is a member of the Governing Council of the Mayo Group of Schools in Ajmer, India. He is an active Rotarian, a Past- President of the Rotary Club of Bombay and presently a Councilman of Rotary District 3141.
