Maniskumar Konsam, a graduate of Community & Urban Development from The Jindal School of Art & Architecture (Class of 2023), approaches his role as an external consultant at IIHS with a strong foundation in sustainable urban development.
During his time as a Research Intern at IIHS Bangalore, Maniskumar had the opportunity to participate in data analytics and building energy simulation, where he gained valuable insights and hands-on experience in research methodologies.
Maniskumar has had the privilege of being involved in various projects, including mobility design interventions and ethnography studies on street vendors, which have enriched his understanding of urban challenges and solutions. Additionally, his role as a team member working on Energy Performance of an Educational Building and assessing Health & Wellbeing parameters at Solar Decathlon India 2022-2023 has allowed him to contribute his expertise to the evaluation of innovative sustainable building designs.
