Nirma Bisht brings with her 14 years of extensive experience across various sectors including Telecom, IT, and her current role at IIHS. Notably, her tenure with Bharti Infratel spans eight years, showcasing her dedication and expertise in human resources. Throughout her career, Nirma has served as an HR coach for start-ups and US-based organisations establishing their presence in India. At Bharti, she played a pivotal role in process excellence activities, facilitating continuous improvement through numerous yellow and green belt projects.

In her current capacity as Senior Manager, People Function at IIHS, Nirma spearheads recruitment, overseeing day-to-day operations, process optimisation, and the implementation of industry best practices. She, with her team, helps in identifying and hiring top-tier professionals from urban areas, offering them stimulating and challenging opportunities. Beyond her professional endeavours, Nirma is an avid explorer who enjoys discovering new places and networking within her field. Recently, she fulfilled a long-time aspiration by learning to ride a bike, with more adventures on her bucket list for the future.
