Prasanna has completed his Bachelor’s in Catering Science and Hotel management from Sun International Institute for Technology and Management, Visakhapatnam. He has three years of experience in the hospitality sector where he has worked with brands like Marriott and Novotel. Prasanna has been at the core of the Food and Beverages department at these hotels and has managed a team of 25 executives as the Team Lead. Fulfilling the requirements of customers has always been his priority and he brings this key aspect to his service support role as an intern with the Urban Practitioners’ Programme at IIHS.

 

In his leisure time, he enjoys playing volleyball and reading history, among other interests such as travelling.
