Parameshwar is a competent Project/Operations management professional. Prior to IIHS, he has worked on clean energy, agriculture, natural resources management, and sustainability program.
In the past, he has led few prestigious projects in energy sectors such as solar, micro hydro and energy efficiency projects that led to modification of relevant policies at a national level. First commercial Energy-Water management project in agriculture, a flagship project conceived by USAID won “India Power Award” and “Platts Global Energy Efficiency Award”. He has managed projects in micro hydro, feasibility assessments of renewable energy projects, electrical asset mapping on GIS platform, grid tied solar pump sets, solar rooftop, livelihood, and automation in electrical equipment monitoring. He is involved in studying, designing, commissioning of many solar micro grid systems in various parts of India.
His current interests are in urban sanitation and urban livelihood improvement.
At IIHS, Parameshwar is part of the Practice team. His primary responsibility is to execute City Wide Inclusive Sanitation project in Trichy.
