Urban ARC is the Annual Research Conference of the Indian Institute for Human Settlements (IIHS). The fifth edition of the conference was conducted virtually from 14 to 16 January 2021 and focussed on the theme ‘Urban Imaginaries: Past, Present and Future’. Panels and sessions explored the notion of ‘Urban Imaginaries’ using a wide range of themes, sectors, disciplines and methodologies. These Conference Proceedings feature the extended abstracts submitted by the selected participants for Urban ARC 2021.
