In his presentation on Delivery of Space, Solomon Benjamin made an argument to substantiate on how the issue of incremental housing is centrally linked to that of incremental land transformation. At one level this may seem rather obvious. However, in reality, this perspective is much wider, and fundamental to city life. Such transformation set within the realm of land value and real estate’s valorisation process is much more than mere economic aspects. It is about how the economy embeds into society, bringing meaning to it.
