This report summarises the discussions and key outcomes of the workshop, ‘Strengthening Climate Resilience for Migrants and Informal Workers’, held in Bengaluru in March 2026. It highlights how climate risks intersect with labour, housing, and social protection challenges, and identifies priorities for strengthening inclusive, worker-centred climate planning, governance, and resilience across the city.
