Suhasini Ramakrishnan is a seasoned HR leader with over 25 years of experience in strategic HR, organisational transformation, and leadership development across IT products/services, start-ups, MNCs, fintech/financial services, manufacturing, and consulting domains. Through her career, she has focused on building scalable people processes, enabling leadership growth, and fostering inclusive, high-performance cultures that align with strategic goals.

 

Suhasini spent over 17 years at American Megatrends India (AMI), where she held progressive leadership roles culminating in Vice President – HR. She played a pivotal role in AMI’s transformation from a founder-led organization to a private equity–owned enterprise. As a trusted advisor to the Board, she led initiatives in leadership development, compensation design, employee engagement, culture transformation and employee retention. She was responsible for actionable workforce analytics to enable data-driven decision making and employer branding digital initiatives.

 

Suhasini started her career in GE India, where she was recruited from campus to be part of the reputed Human Resource Leadership Program. Subsequently, she worked with KrazyBee Services, Cognizant Technology Services, GAVS Information Services, Cerebrus Consultants (now Mercer) and Sasken Communication. Across these roles, she established end-to-end HR frameworks to support scale and sustainability, designed and implemented job frameworks, mentored senior leaders and championed employee-centric approaches. Her leadership style combines strategic insight with empathy, enabling her to balance organisational priorities with individual development and well-being.
