Jyoti brings over seven years of experience in the educational sector, with a strong focus on strategic planning and process optimization. She holds an MBA with dual specializations in Marketing-Sales and Operations, which has provided her with a solid foundation for her professional journey.

 

Throughout her career, Jyoti has held significant roles in prestigious institutions and educational corporations, including the Indraprastha Institute of Information and Technology (IIIT-Delhi), upGrad Education, and Great Learning. In these positions, she successfully managed diverse programme portfolios, ranging from human-centered design and law & legal courses to management and engineering degrees.

 

Prior to joining IIHS, Jyoti worked as a Manager for the Professional and Continuing Education wing at the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru. There, she managed online masters and diploma programmes in the field of law, streamlining operations and handling admissions. She also successfully implemented a new digital marketing strategy to increase student traction.

 

As the Manager of the Academic Office for the Urban Fellows Programme (UFP) at IIHS, Jyoti is responsible for the programme outreach and funding, fellows accommodation and day-to-day operations. She aims to leverage her expertise and passion for education and technology to create and deliver engaging and impactful learning solutions that meet the needs and aspirations of learners at IIHS.

 

Beyond her professional life, Jyoti finds joy and balance in her personal life, which is filled with the lively presence of six mischievous cats, a gentle dog, and her loving family.
