Abhinav Kumar is a corporate lawyer with over 10 years of experience in contract drafting, contract management, documentation support, legal memos, opinion writing, drafting of institutional policies, regulatory due diligence, regulatory compliances and research in the realm of for-profit and non-profit entities.
At IIHS Abhinav supports the Legal & Regulation team, where he undertakes legal and regulatory due diligence; conducts research and analysis of latest developments in higher education, handles relevant IPR related matters; provides legal assistance to project team in biddings (including RFPs and RFQs) and undertakes transactional advisory and drafting as appropriate to the ‘not-for-profit’ sector.
Before joining IIHS, Abhinav honed his skills in contract drafting and startup legal advisory at a prominent Delhi-based law firm, accumulating progressive experience in navigating the complexities of the legal landscape.
