Bhavani T, born and raised in Mysuru, has over 8 years of experience in finance and accounts. She started her career at the National Centre for Biological Sciences as a Project Assistant in Accounts, where she led teams through various financial processes such as accounts payable and receivable, making a payment to staff, vendors and principal investigators. She also provided foreign currency and travel cards to students and PIs.
Currently, at IIHS, Bhavani is part of the Finance team. Focusing on roles like accounts payable and receivables, handling corporate credit cards, managing bank reconciliation statements (including FCRA accounts) and fixed deposit statements, overseeing daily cash flow and assisting in making monthly statutory payments.
Bhavani is passionate about cooking, baking and reading novels.
