Rizwan Mohammed Khan
4 December 2017 – 1 June 2018 | Profile shared during internship at IIHSRizwan has worked on a project at National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (NIRDPR), Hyderabad as part of summer internship. The topic of the project was “Delineation and Comparison of Hydrologic Unit Boundaries using different Digital Elevation Models (DEM)”. In the following projects, he used LiDAR data along with other DEMs for a study area for which Hydrologic Unit Database (HUDB) was available so as to compare the different parameters of the Hydrologic Unit.
Rizwan is interning with the geospatial lab at IIHS. His interests in research mainly revolve around Urban Planning, Hydrology, Rural Development, Spatial Data Analytics, LiDAR technology.
