Sunil OR is a proficient MEP senior engineer with over five years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services in the engineering sector. His expertise spans large-scale projects in commercial high-rises, IT campuses, and academic institutions across India.
Sunil began his professional journey with Shapoorji Pallonji and Company Private Limited where he played a pivotal role in delivering critical projects such as the IIT Hyderabad Campus Development which included lecture halls, auditoriums, laboratories, academic blocks and hostel blocks. He has also successfully managed the Phoenix Avance H09 IT Tower in Hyderabad, a 20-floor steel structure, and the Hindustan Computers Limited IT Campus in Vijayawada. Across these projects, Sunil demonstrated excellence in client communication, subcontractor management, and quality assurance, consistently ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
His technical expertise covers HVAC systems (radiant cooling, chilled water piping, and air handling units), fire protection systems (hydrant systems, booster pumps), plumbing and sanitation (CPVC/PVC piping), high-speed diesel systems for generators, elevators, solar energy, and electrical systems.
Sunil is passionate about delivering projects to the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability. At the Indian Institute for Human Settlements (IIHS), he contributes to campus development MEP works, providing leadership and technical guidance to ensure the seamless execution of infrastructure projects.
