Practice

Shreyas is an intern at IIHS working on a research case linking Skill training and Livelihoods within the larger research theme of Urban Economy; and policy research on integrating worker benefits with Housing. Previously, he was a research consultant at Embarq India engaged in a pilot study on integrating Transit Oriented Principles in the Indian context and a pilot study on Accessibility and Mobility around Bengaluru Metro stations. He has also worked on research and documentation of heritage settlements and monuments in collaborative projects with CEPT, Ahmedabad and ASI. His experience also includes several architectural and interior projects spanning over seven years. Currently he also works with WRI India – Vulnerability & Adaptation team as a Research Consultant for an SDC funded project – ‘Scaling Up Good Adaptation Practices’.

 

 

Teaching
Shreyas Srivatsa was a visiting faculty for elective courses at Srishti School of Art, Design and Technology, Bengaluru. He also assisted in conducting a workshop on ‘Understanding Urban Fabric’ in BMS college of Engineering. Recently, he contributed to developing networked approach to study urban settlements in the Urban design studio (M.Arch) at the School of Architecture, RVCE, Bengaluru.
