Born, brought up and based in Mangaluru, Rathan is an artist, animator, graphic designer, video content designer and art teacher. Ruby is his art name. He has put up solo art exhibitions, has participated in professional artist camps and was a member of the board of examinations at the St. Aloysius College of Animation, Mangaluru. At IIHS, Rathan works with the Digital Blended Learning (DBL) team and develops Illustrations for learning content, visual storyboards and videos.
