Praveen Hosamane Subramanya joined a broadcast equipment service centre in Delhi as a service engineer and gained experience in various technologies specific to the broadcast and media industry. He joined CMS Computers Limited Broadcast Division as a Senior Customer Support Engineer in 2006 and played a major role in upgradation of the media giant SUN Networks to an HD platform. In 2016, Praveen went to Qatar and took part in a major media archiving project for beIN SPORTS TV channel, a subsidiary of Al-Jazeera Media Networks. He has also been engaged with government institutions like Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), EMRC and NFDC.
At IIHS, Praveen works as a Senior Associate, Information Technology (Audio-Visual IT engineer).
Beyond his professional engagement, Praveen is interested in farming, trekking and travelling.
