Abstract

Understanding the world of the child from the view point of the child requires a process of discovering the child within oneself. This is a case study of a PLAN partner program that has been conducted in the slums of West Delhi for the last seven years. It is a study, of a program that has touched the lives of over 7,000 children. Simultaneously, it is also a study of the partnership between PLAN International and Deepalaya, an NGO that has brought together several interrelated services to influence children’s lives.
