Practice

 

Aparna’s focus has been health research for over four years, working on various methods of improving maternal and child health service delivery and health seeking attitudes using technology, gender and policy methods as lenses.

 

She has previously worked with IIT Madras, mapping policy frameworks for mobile technology use in healthcare with a health economist. She began her career with IIM Bengaluru, working on health system strengthening using community engagement methods for anemic pregnancies at Koppal, Karnataka.

 

At IIHS, she contributes to behavior change, capacity building and knowledge management for the TNUSSP project.
