Nirwan is an inspired individual dedicated to work in the public and policy domain. Capable of analysing and understanding spatial data and apply it in the public sector, he has won multiple awards and competitions during his academic curriculum while being associated with NGOs to contribute to the society with the best of his abilities. He has further taken multiple initiatives in disseminating knowledge among young planners. Nirwan has actively worked in the environmental sector with a specific focus on air pollution, water management and climate modelling. He intends to apply his technical knowledge and analytical aptitude in understanding and promoting the application of environmental justice to address the heterogeneity between the sources and bearers of environmental crisis in the upcoming years.
