Ana is a development practitioner whose earlier work has focused on studying the implementation of government initiatives in different locations. She earned her Master’s Degree in Sustainable Development from TERI University and a Bachelor’s (Honors) in Political Science from Delhi University. She has led detailed research work and field investigation across sectors like resource management, energy, information & communication technologies, urbanisation, safety and skill development. In her last project, her study focused on the interaction of urban councillors with the inhabitants in different types of urban localities and street vendors to understand local political influences on urban planning. At IIHS, she is working on the CARIAA/ASSAR project.
