Practice

Seema’s duties at IIHS, Delhi include management of calls, e-mails and other correspondence, archiving files and documents, accurate and timely record keeping, library documentation and staff management. She takes care of logistics and is also responsible for the routine administration which involves housekeeping, upkeep of office equipment and checking of attendance.

Seema began her career as an administration and HR executive at Zyion Ecotech Pvt. Ltd. where her responsibilities included the maintenance of stock register and monthly physical inspection; client follow-ups; assisting with recruitment processes and coordinating with field executives on day to day activities.

Seema has also been an administrative executive at Taru Leading Edge Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi where she was involved in monitoring and coordinating oral and written communication with other branches, providing secretarial assistance to the directors and administration and coordinating with other vendors on a timely basis.
