Charrlotte provides data support for research and practice through the Urban Informatics Laboratory at IIHS. Her Master’s Thesis in IIT-M evaluated the impact of high-end infrastructure on the housing market in Sriperumbudur, located in the Chennai-Bangalore Industrial Corridor. Apart from urban economy, she is also interested in issues concerning sustainability, gender and inclusion in the urban space.

Prior to IIHS, she has completed research projects with the Center for Sustainability at Hochschule Bremen and the Indo-German Center for Sustainability on environmental and peri-urban land governance, respectively.
